Annually FOCAL hosts an appreciation celebration for our local foster parents!
This event was a huge success as usual. This is an annual event given to show the local Foster Families how very much we appreciate them. If you would like to donate towards the event please do so here.
Each year a couple is chosen as the Foster Parents of the Year. They are named and honored at the annual Foster Appreciation Picnic.
